CafeLand - UBND TP.HCM vừa công nhận Công ty TNHH Western City làm chủ đầu tư dự án Khu trung tâm thương mại dịch vụ và nhà ở tại thị trấn Tân Túc, huyện Bình Chánh.

Công ty TNHH Western City được thành lập ngày 10/2/2017, do ông Nguyễn Thanh Phong làm người đại diện theo pháp luật. Lúc mới thành lập doanh nghiệp do 3 cổ đông cá nhân và 1 doanh nghiệp góp vốn thành lập, trong đó cá nhân ông Nguyễn Thanh Phong góp hơn 10,5 tỷ đồng, chiếm 50% vốn điều lệ.

Sau đó 10 ngày, Công ty TNHH Western City tham gia đấu giá quyền sử dụng 31.005,4 m2 đất tại thửa số 193, tờ bản đồ 35, Khu trung tâm hành chính huyện Bình Chánh và trúng giá với giá trúng 149,5 tỷ đồng.

Sau nhiều lần tăng vốn điều lệ từ 37,1 tỷ lên 71 tỷ rồi 84,1 tỷ và 185,6 tỷ vào tháng 6/2019, lúc này trong thành phần cổ đông của Western City chỉ còn 2 pháp nhân doanh nghiệp là Công ty CP TPS Thành Phong (chiếm 78%) và Công ty CP Quản lý và Phát triển Gia Khánh (chiếm 22%).

Trên thực tế vào khoảng giữa tháng 6/2019, Công ty CP Quản lý và Phát triển Gia Khánh bắt đầu quá trình M&A Western City khi mua lại 22%, nâng lên 58% vào đầu tháng 8/2019 và 99,99% vào ngày 27/9 để sở hữu Công ty TNHH Western City.

Như vậy, đến ngày 27/9/2019, Công ty TNHH Western City hoàn toàn về tay Công ty CP Quản lý và Phát triển Gia Khánh do ông Nguyễn Bá Sáng làm người đại diện theo pháp luật.

Cũng trong ngày 27/9/2019 này, Tập đoàn bất động sản An Gia (nơi ông Nguyễn Bá Sáng đang làm chủ tịch HĐQT) công bố đã hoàn tất thủ tục để nhận chuyển nhượng 100% dự án 2.000 căn hộ quy mô 3,1ha tại Thị trấn Tân Túc, Bình Chánh, TP.HCM.

Theo công bố của An Gia Investment, dự án đã có sổ đỏ có 4 mặt tiền đường với việc giáp đường Nguyễn Văn Linh, công viên trung tâm và UBND huyện Bình chánh. Tập đoàn này dự định đầu tư 5.000 tỷ đồng để thực hiện Khu trung tâm thương mại dịch vụ và nhà ở tại thị trấn Tân Túc có diện tích 3,1ha này.
